PRINCIPIO 5 "Le parole sono un ponte: scelgo le parole per comprendere, farmi capire, avvicinarmi agli altri"
Siamo di fronte al municipio del Comune di Tavagnacco a Feletto Umberto, un luogo dove si svolgono importanti cerimonie pubbliche anche in occasione degli anniversari legati ai conflitti mondiali.
Le pietre d'inciampo sono un'iniziativa dell'artista tedesco Gunter Demnig per realizzare davanti alle case poste nelle varie città europee un ricordo in memoria dei cittadini deportati nei campi di concentramento nazisti e avere memoria di queste vittime innocenti.
Il Monumento è dedicato ai 13 martiri di Feletto, giovani partigiani del Fronte della Gioventù arrestati il 9 maggio 1944 dai nazifascisti. Venti giorni dopo verranno impiccati, assieme con altri tredici partigiani, sulle piazze di Premariacco e San Giovanni al Natisone. I 13 giovani erano: Sergio Buligan, 18 anni; Luigi Cecutto, 19 anni; Vinicio Comuzzo, 18 anni; Angelo Del Degan, 18 anni; Livio Domini, 18 anni; Stefano Domini, 19 anni; Alessio Feruglio, 19 anni; Aniceto Feruglio, 17 anni; Pietro Feruglio, 18 anni; Ardo Martelossi, 19 anni; Diego Mesaglio, 20 anni; Mario Noacco, 20 anni; Mario Paolini, 18 anni.

We are in front of the Town Hall of the Municipality of Tavagnacco in Feletto Umberto, a place where important public ceremonies take place, especially on anniversaries related to the world wars.
The "Stolpersteine" (stumbling stones) are an initiative by the German artist Gunter Demnig to create a memorial in front of houses in various European cities, in memory of the citizens deported to Nazi concentration camps, and to remember these innocent victims.
The Monument is dedicated to the 13 martyrs of Feletto, young partisans of the Youth Front who were arrested on May 9, 1944, by the Nazi-fascists. Twenty days later, they were hanged, along with 13 other partisans, in the squares of Premariacco and San Giovanni al Natisone. The 13 young men were: Sergio Buligan, 18 years old; Luigi Cecutto, 19 years old; Vinicio Comuzzo, 18 years old; Angelo Del Degan, 18 years old; Livio Domini, 18 years old; Stefano Domini, 19 years old; Alessio Feruglio, 19 years old; Aniceto Feruglio, 17 years old; Pietro Feruglio, 18 years old; Ardo Martelossi, 19 years old; Diego Mesaglio, 20 years old; Mario Noacco, 20 years old; Mario Paolini, 18 years old.

Wir stehen vor dem Rathaus der Gemeinde Tavagnacco in Feletto Umberto, einem Ort, an dem wichtige öffentliche Zeremonien stattfinden, auch anlässlich der Jahrestage der beiden Weltkriege.
Die Stolpersteine sind eine Initiative des deutschen Künstlers Gunter Demnig, um vor den Häusern in verschiedenen europäischen Städten ein Denkmal für die Bürger zu schaffen, die in die nationalsozialistischen Konzentrationslager deportiert wurden, und das Andenken an diese unschuldigen Opfer zu bewahren.
Das Denkmal ist den 13 Märtyrern von Feletto gewidmet, jungen Partisanen der Jugendfront, die am 9. Mai 1944 von den Nazi-Faschisten verhaftet wurden. Zwanzig Tage später wurden sie zusammen mit 13 anderen Partisanen auf den Plätzen von Premariacco und San Giovanni al Natisone gehängt. Die 13 jungen Männer waren: Sergio Buligan, 18 Jahre alt; Luigi Cecutto, 19 Jahre alt; Vinicio Comuzzo, 18 Jahre alt; Angelo Del Degan, 18 Jahre alt; Livio Domini, 18 Jahre alt; Stefano Domini, 19 Jahre alt; Alessio Feruglio, 19 Jahre alt; Aniceto Feruglio, 17 Jahre alt; Pietro Feruglio, 18 Jahre alt; Ardo Martelossi, 19 Jahre alt; Diego Mesaglio, 20 Jahre alt; Mario Noacco, 20 Jahre alt; Mario Paolini, 18 Jahre alt.
