Erbenka
Erbenka už skutečně nestojí – byla to slavná památná borovice u Kostelce nad Orlicí, pojmenovaná po Karlu Jaromíru Erbenovi, pod kterou často sedával a kterou zmiňuje ve své básni Věštkyně. Vzrostla na Lipové stráni nad Divokou Orlicí a byla považována za jeden z nejvýznamnějších stromů na území Českých zemí. V listopadu 1934 ji rozlomil vichr a spadla. Pět let nato – v roce 1939 – na jejím místě místní turisté vysázeli žulový památník, který dodnes připomíná její význam.
V roce 2004 navíc na stejném místě pokřtili tzv. „Erbenku dceru“ – novou borovici, která nese odkaz té původní.
Dnes se místo stalo oblíbenou zastávkou na naučné i turistické trase z Kostelce do Potštejna – cestou si můžete odpočinout na lavičce u památníku a připomenout si slávu té původní Erbenky. Keš je umístěna nedaleko památníku, v blízkosti laviček, kde si můžete odpočinout a vychutnat si atmosféru místa, které inspirovalo jednoho z nejvýznamnějších českých básníků.

Erbenka is no longer standing – it was a famous, memorable pine tree near Kostelec nadOrlicí, named after Karel Jaromír Erben, under which he often sat and which he mentions in his poem Věštkyně. It grew on the Lipová stráně above Divoká Orlice and was considered one of the most important trees in the Czech lands. In November 1934, a wind broke it and it fell. Five years later – in 1939 – local tourists planted a granite monument in its place, which still reminds us of its importance today.
In addition, in 2004, the so-called "Erbenka's daughter" - a new pine tree that carries the legacy of the original one.
Today, the place has become a popular stop on the educational and tourist route from Kostelec to Potštejn - along the way you can rest on a bench by the monument and remember the glory of the original Erbenka. The cache is located not far from the monument, near the benches, where you can rest and enjoy the atmosphere of the place that inspired one of the most important Czech poets.
