Fort Bliss is a U.S. Army post headquartered in El Paso, and this cache sits near one of its main access gates! The post was established in 1848 and is the second-largest in the Army.
You don't need a military ID to access this cache. It's on Fort Bliss property, but you'll reach the cache location before the gate. You're looking for a small plastic container with room for a few small items. Bring your own writing utensil (BYOP)!
