An event to help the Litter Busters clean up after Thornbury Carnival at The Mundy Playing Fields . Thornbury Litter Busters is an informal group of volunteers who meet regularly to clean up litter in and around the town.
The log book will be based in our van with tea and coffee for willing participants. Seasand's sail will be by the van in the car park We might be across the park picking, but we will return!
Please bring your own pickers and hoops if you have them. Bags will be provided, but any rubbish bag will do. We will leave all the bags to be collected by the Carnival Team. If you are abke to separate recyclables as you go that's a help, but it is not a requirement.
Ps. Please bring your own mug. We don't want to add to the rubbish...😉
