Fort Lauderdale, prepare - geocaching is here!
This is another easy-to-find cache in the heart
of Fort Lauderdale, this one close to
the beach. If you're packing up for a day of
geocaching and sightseeing, consider taking along
your tennis rackets or some rollerblades to use
in this park. It's close enough to the beach that
if you work up a sweat uncovering geocaches, you
can stop by for a quick dip in the ocean!
The cache itself is a clear tupperware container
with an orange top. The contents are in a ziplock
bag. The cache is completely out-of-sight, so you
will have to root around a bit to find it. However,
it is not at all difficult to get to, as it is quite
close to the trail's edge. Please replace
the cache in the same location, but feel free to add
surrounding camoflauge as you like- not too much,
though, just enough to hide the cache!
