Cable Climb (Nelson/Marlborough) Traditional Cache

This cache is hidden on a walkway near Nelson that joins Cable Bay to Glenduan (aka The Glen).
The whole walkway takes between 2.5 and 3 hours. The cache is halfway in between.
The walk can be done from either end. If you are not going to do the whole walk we recommend that you start from the Cable Bay end which is 9 kilometres from the turnoff at Hira on SH6 north of Nelson.

The walkway is over private land so you cannot take dogs, firearms, mountainbikes etc.
It is closed during the hours of darkness and for about 6 weeks during lambing.
The native bush area is under the QE2 covenant so please look after the area.

Make sure you take the clue as the cache may be hard to find due to tree cover around the area.
