Join us for a beach clean up at Myrtle Beach State Park! We will meet at the picnic tables next to the pier store at 5:45 and head out from there, if you do not want to walk the beach there is plenty of trash to be found on the grassy areas and parking lot as well. We will finish at 8:00 and meet again at the picnic tables so I can gather the buckets and gloves and see the difference we made! We will provide gloves and buckets, if you have anything else you want to use feel free to bring it.
This park is our home for the summer, we love it and want to keep it clean as well as keeping the trash away from the critters that call this park home.
There is normally a charge to get into the park but if you are coming to cleanup and can commit to 2 hours you can get in for free. At admissions just tell them you are here for the GEOCACHING CLEANUP and they will let you through, that is the code word and admissions has been made aware of it.
