This cache is located at a local buisness. Sometimes the host can be difficult to lift up or may appear stuck, or like it doesn't open. It does! You may have to pull/lift very hard to get it open, I will set the difficulty to a 2 because of this. Remember, lift hard! Please replace the container sideways so the host doesn't stick up. The manager gave me permission to place this here but asked the host be completed closed and placed back down. This is a classy business so they want to keep everything looking nice.
