For this CITO, we will assist a local conservation group with litter picking, clearing excess vegetation on Castle Mound and removing some negative indicator species from the wildflower areas, on and around Waytemore Castle.
Please note the D/T - this event may involve climbing and working on the sides of a steep, slippery hill.
We’ll meet at the war memorial, (at the posted coordinates) at 1015,
sign the log, and then begin the CITO.
We will work through until 1200.
Equipment will be provided, but please bring your own gloves.
Everyone is welcome - including any visitors just passing by :-)
