There have been strange happenings going on in and around Fayetteville over the last several months. Lately the police logs in the paper have been littered with reports of lights in the sky, odd behavior of pets, and even sightings of short green creatures walking around in the woods. Team RuffRidr decided to investigate this strangeness. This series of Close Encounter caches is dedicated to our findings. We hope you enjoy them.

The sightings that we documented in our last report have continued. There are many witnesses who have come forward and documented their sightings. Recently, however, the visitors have gotten bolder. On the above date, the NRAO's (National Radio Astronomy Observatory) VLA (Very Large Array) radio telescope received a message.
The researchers at the observatory were ecstatic. This was definitely a communication made by an intelligent being. They set out to try and decipher the information as best as they could. As you can see below, part of the message was fairly easy for them to decode. Unfortunately, they have been having trouble with the rest of the message. One of the researchers that was familiar with my work, thought that we may be able to help. He forwarded me the transmissions below.
This is the first transmission. The researchers were able to decipher N 36 08. from an earlier message. We believe that this is the first part of a latitude coordinate. The rest of the message will need to be deciphered to figure out the other three numbers.
