Long ago, this building was the local VFW hall, hosting meetings, dances, weddings, and parties. The music was happy and loud. As the members aged, membership dropped, and it closed a few years ago. The neighbors now are happy to see the building being remodeled into a new cultural center.
The location is close to Powell and a TriMet stop, so muggles abound. We hope caching with stealth will allow the cache to remain--please be careful.
