It is open every day for various activities. There is a popular playground where mommies and little ones gather every day for a chit-chat and a skinner and let the kiddles eat sand (lolz) and play. There are people who come here for a quick meeting, and there are some school children that come here to do their schoolwork and homework during the week too. So, there is always access here
