Tabăra de sculptură Măgura, aflată lângă Mănăstirea Ciolanu, este una dintre cele mai vizitate atracții din județul Buzău, după Vulcanii Noroioși. A fost creată ca omagiu pentru 1600 de ani de la prima atestare a Buzăului și pentru a celebra tradiția locală a sculpturii în piatră.
Între 1970 și 1985, timp de 16 ani, câte 16 sculptori (în fiecare an, dacă se putea, alții) au fost invitați să creeze lucrări direct în poienele de pe dealurile Măgurii. Lucrările au fost realizate din calcar cochilifer din carierele din zonă și donate județului. Proiectul a fost coordonat de sculptorul Gheorghe Coman.
În total, s-au realizat peste 250 de sculpturi, unele considerate capodopere. Deși zona a fost neglijată o perioadă, recent lucrările au fost inventariate și marcate.

The Măgura Sculpture Camp, located near Ciolanu Monastery, is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Buzău County, second only to the Mud Volcanoes. It was created as a tribute to the 1600th anniversary of Buzău's first documented mention and to celebrate the region's ancient stone-carving tradition.
Between 1970 and 1985, over a period of 16 years, 16 sculptors were invited each year (different ones, if possible) to create works of art directly in the meadows on the Măgura hills. The sculptures were carved from fossiliferous limestone sourced from local quarries and donated to the county. The project was coordinated by sculptor Gheorghe Coman.
In total, over 250 sculptures were created, some of which are considered masterpieces. Although the site was neglected for some time, the artworks have recently been inventoried and marked.
