How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Ever set your eyes on a regular sized cache because you wanted to trade your best swag for other cool swa, drive all the way to the cache, hike through miles of mosquitos, and dodge hungry Florida swamp puppies only to find out that the only things the catchers before you left behind were moldy erasers, rocks/shells, and broken toys? This cache is dedicated to all those who have had this experience. The cache will be regularly stocked with Dumpsterfires signature swag and is a safe place for tractables to be placed and traded. Please keep the excitement of discovery alive by only trading items that other would be excited to trade.

Disclaimer 1- the cache is placed on the far corner of our property in a wooded area behind a small berm, we most likely can't see you and won't bother you back there. Now although we won't bother you, we cannot say the same for our tiny velociraptors, there are 8 of them and they associate people with food. They may come running up to you and start demanding food while insulting you at the same time, you have two options in this scenario, either you can ignore them and hope they learn manners or you can ask them if they want to help you with the cache ( trick question because they don't). Please don't try to feed them or pick them up because explaining geocaching and how someone got hurt by a chicken on my property to my insurance people doesn't sound fun.
Disclaimer 2- you can pull off the road and park where the canal is just a few feet ahead. Please do not cache at night because it's Florida and that canal contains swamp puppies. Bring bug spray because out here the mosquitos travel in gangs. Lastly we do have pigs fenced in our back yard, please if you bring your fur friend keep them leashed at all times just for their safety. If you are curious their names are BBQ and Penelope and they do nothing but exist and demand food.

now back to the cache, you'll arrive at the cache and notice it right away, you'll also notice it's locked, you will need to search around for where the pesky little bird may have hidden the code. Once done please reset the cache as exactly as found so that other may enjoy.

This cache is on my own personal lot if you need to get ahold of anyone you can message me or Dumpsterfireduo as we both live here and can help. Please visit the cache between the hours of 9-5 as this is a residence.

Shout out to Bigbat0416 for the FTF!!!

We added an additional green birdhouse that's not part of the puzzle but a TB box. The code is the same as the main cache. Feel free to take and leave whatever you'd like just please keep the TBs moving!
