The weather is is expected to be good, so we are changing our venue again and meeting outdoors to enjoy the beautiful desert evening. We will be at "The Courtyard" gazebo located in the northwest corner of the High Desert Gateway Shopping Center right by the Five Guys Burger Joint. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 6th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, but if the weather turns out to be bad, due to high temperatures, high winds, or a raging local wild fire, we could find our way back into the Farmer Boys Restaurant which is approximately 255 feet east of "The Courtyard" gazebo. So, get off the couch and grab something to eat or drink and come by for a visit.
If you have never attended one of the HDGC Meet and Greets, we encourage you all to stop by and sit for a spell. New to geocaching? This is a great place to get more information about the sport of Geocaching, Adventure Labs, and to get answers to any questions you may have. We would love to hear about your geocaching adventures or maybe we can tell you about some of our local Geocaching areas in the high desert. We have experts to help with geocaching puzzles or gadget caches that you cannot figure out, and if we cannot help, we normally know who to call for a nudge. Everyone is welcome, even Muggles.
