I work at the school in Midway, and Swiss Days is a big part of the community there. However, there are plenty of people who try to avoid it. Dislike of the crowds perhaps, or a variety of other reasons. I've thought many times of hosting an event during the celebrations for any that may need or want a break from the celebrations, crowds, or what have you.
So, I shall invite you to the other side of the valley. Perhaps we can visit, maybe even go find a cache or adventure lab after meeting up. I put the time later in the day so one could attend the Parade over there and still make it back here after if one was so inclined or give you plenty of time to travel up from the Wasatch Front, drop off the other half, and make your way back over here.
