St Peter and St Paul's Church in Rothersthorpe dates back to the 13th century and was expanded around 1300 with the addition of a clerestory. The main structure of the building is largely Perpendicular Gothic, having been rebuilt in the mid-15th century. Extensive alterations and restorations occurred between 1910 and 1912, including rebuilding parts of the aisles and repairing the tower. The church also features remnants of an earlier Anglo-Saxon preaching cross in the churchyard and a modern memorial to a Wellington bomber crew that crashed nearby.
