Rock painting has been a thing for several years. Even Stevens Point, WI has a facebook rock painting site/page. The police dept and others play along with it.
I've watched this rock over the years. The owners have taken care of it, year after year. It's time to mark it with a geocache. It's unique enough to bring you out here. Locals will know exactly what your talking about. I think it could be a ladybug, but there has to be some history to it because it has been well maintained.
