Let's kick-off the big weekend with a flashmob to show our enthusiasm about the grandest Geocaching gathering on the Gulf Coast. This flashmob will light up the night by forming the 5 Olympic rings in glowing fashion. It will be a quick 30-minute event to show the community that geocachers from across the country have arrived in Baldwin County.

Event Details:
The goal of the flash mob is for attendees to form the five olympic rings and light them up with glow sticks on cue. Each attendee will be provided a glow stick corresponding to their team ring color when they check in at the registration table. Each ring will be marked in an Olympic ring color (black will be substituted with white). Spread out evenly around the ring that corresponds with your glowstick color.
The flash mob will begin promptly at 6 pm, so please be there on time to get your glow stick and assigned ring color. You will be given instructions on how to activate your glow stick, but please do not activate them until told to do so.
The event host will let everyone know when they can activate their glow stick. Once all the glow sticks are lit and form the Olympic Rings, a drone will capture the rings and the host will prompt all to yell a phrase for the Gulf Coast to know geocachers have arrived for the upcoming Mega event.
Prize drawings will follow the flashmob, so don't forget to get your ticket when you log in and pick up your glow stick.
