We will be joining a newly formed group - Beautify Shasta. Beautify Shasta is a group of volunteers forcused on making our community a cleaner and more beautiful place to live and give visiters to our county a great inpression of Shasta county. Beautify Shasta is wanting to do monthly clean-ups. I will be hosting a couple through geocaching.
This cleanup will be focusing on the Gateway open space area in Anderson.
Unlike my previous CITO events there will not be a lunch or a raffel following the cleanup. (I will have an unactiveted trackable for cachers who attend).
We will meet at the posted cords at 8am. Wear closed toe shoes, bring water and a snack if you like. I suggest wearning pants due to the dry grass ns stickers in the field. If you have gloves, grabbers and a vest bring them also (there will be some avalible to use).
