In case you didn't catch the parking directions - where Ladybird FSR crosses Norns Creek via bridge, park at a pull out. A faint trail goes SE from the east side of the creek - if you look into the trees you should see a small wooden sign titled "Norn Bluffs". Follow this trail. In about 10 mins you will reach a gorgeous, massive, mossy rock wall that resembles an Aztec temple. Where the trail splits, stay high. You will see some rough wooden steps and likely climbing ropes hanging from the walls.
Get up on the rock shelf and go as far as you safely can where the ledge stays wide and flat. DO NOT go onto any ledge that you have to crouch or get too close to an edge - you're not in the right place!
Please do NOT do this if the temperature is close to zero in town as Pass Creek can be much colder. For sure do not attempt after it has snowed. The drop off is serious and not for small children. My dogs go with me but are savvy.
