TRIMMING BRAMBLE AT GREEN LANE
Parking: There is some on street parking on Laxton Road (or in many of the other side streets nearby).
Where: We will meet across from the main Hucclecote Meadow gates at 0930 to collect tools or find us in the reserve (published coords).
What: Join us trimming bramble from path edges at Green Lane to stop it encroaching the footpaths.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools if necessary. Drop by if you have any time to spare.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
We ask you to bring your own gloves and tools (shears or secateurs) if you have them. Don't worry if you don't have and as the ranger will have a supply too.
Please bring along your own refreshments - trimming can be thirsty work!
