Detroit Urban Art: 'Til Death We Do Art!

This is a small geocache series highlighting some of the Urban Art in Detroit and it's environs, originally started by scrapcat who has graciously allowed me to add a few hides to the series. As you drive through the neighborhoods of Detroit, you should always crane your neck both ways because you never know what you'll find down the alley or on the side of the wall. Art is everywhere in this city - breathe it in!

'Til Death We Do Art is a relatively new addition to the Detroit art scene. This mural, completed in 2024, was created by Torrence Jayy and provides a beautiful splash of color on Mt. Elliott Ave. After painting the final strokes the artist noted "Throughout the ups and downs of life, I always find my way back to art." Enjoy this lovely creation as you search for and sign the physical cache across the street!
