I'll be in town for some geocaching, sightseeing and most importantly, dog sitting. I thought I would hold a couple of events to meet some of the local geocachers. Hope to see you there.
Who:
You, your best friend and the geocacher whose name you have seen in logs but have never met in person. Anybody and everybody. An event is the best way to understand the game. Please feel free to come join us for an informal meet and greet. If you have a question about the game, someone here will have the answer.
When:
Thursday, September 4, 2025
8 AM - 830 AM (open house style, come when you want, leave when you want)
Where:
I will try to find a good group of tables inside. If you're there before me, try to grab a few tables in the back or off to the side.
Why:
To grab some food, talk geocaching, and trade travel bugs.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- Dutch treat but no purchase is required to attend this event.
- If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at an event, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the event list. Please do not leave a trackable at the event unless you have arranged with another attendee to take and actually log the trackable.
