It is World Postcard Day! (or week since its really October 1). Come eat some pizza with me (but I heard the wings are on special!). Last year, I bought some postcards for a similar event but never held the event. I can't even remember why. Now I have to find those postcards. Hope to see you there. This event will also earn you the World Postcard Day souvenir.
Who:
You, your best friend and the geocacher whose name you have seen in logs but have never met in person. Anybody and everybody. An event is the best way to understand the game. Please feel free to come join us for an informal meet and greet. If you have a question about the game, someone here will have the answer.
When:

6 PM - 7 PM (open house style, come when you want, leave when you want)
Where:
I will try to find a good group of tables inside. If you're there before me, try to grab a few big tables in the back.
Why:
To grab some food, talk geocaching, and trade travel bugs.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- Dutch treat but no purchase is required to attend this event.
- If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at an event, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the event list. Please do not leave a trackable at the event unless you have arranged with another attendee to take and actually log the trackable.
