At 5 years old, Theodore is my youngest. I introduced him to geocaching last year and he loves coming to find them with me. His older sister started geocaching with me at the age of 3. While she’s not interested in being the woods like her brother, she can be convinced to help me find an urban cache or a lab cache. As long as there are no bugs involved.
Theodore comes in handy when we're geocaching. Park and playground hides are now a breeze. So are tricky public hides. No one questions the curiosity of a little kid.
In true sibling fashion, what one has the other wants. When he learned his sister has a geocache hide named after her he wanted one too.
An easy hide at the right height for him to hide and find.
