We'll be visiting Auckland for several days and meeting up with some Geocaching friends before heading out on a NZ/AU cruise. We always like to host a CITO when we travel... so here it is!
We're excited about meeting up with local NZ Geocachers! Some litter cleanup and some swapping Geocaching stories!
We'll be meeting up at Albert Park and picking up litter from 8:30am-9:30am. Albert Park is a beautiful park that is centrally located in the Central Business District area of Auckland. We'll be bringing garbage bags but please bring any other supplies you'd like (gloves, pickers, etc).
Albert Park offers seating, public washrooms, drinking fountain, beautiful landscaping, scenic photo ops, statues, 1km of walkways, a central park fountain, and the Auckland Art Gallery is located here.
