In order to claim a find, you must have found a small cache container on every calender day in October. The finds dont have to be in the same year.
You can sign the log at any time, but you must not log a FOUND IT until you have BOTH signed the log AND found at least one size small cache on every day of October. If you don't qualify for the challenge, you can still sign the log and add a Note saying you signed it on the day you did. Then when you qualify, you can add a new "Found It" log.
