MnGCA Annual Fall Event and Election Results!
Where: The Sun Room at Lions Central Park
21400 Rouillard Ave, Rogers, MN 55374
When: 2:15 PM to 4:30 PM (Room opens for setup at 2 and locks after clean up at 5)
Who: Everyone is welcome. There is a playground next to the room, so bring the kids!
What: Fall meeting and Meet and Greet
- Elections will have been completed and we will introduce the newly elected members.
- Food
- A Meat main dish, will be provided by the MnGCA (pulled pork or chicken)
- Coffee/Tea/Cocoa will be provided by the MnGCA and Water will be available on site waterfill station.
- If you have a signature food item, please feel free to bring that; we just ask that to you mention it on your 'will attend' log.
- Otherwise, please use the following to determine what you might bring based on your geocaching name. If your geocaching name starts with:
- 0-9 or A-F: Salad (The broad definition of Salad!)
- G-M: Side Dish
- M-T: Desserts
- U-Z: Chips or Snacks
- Games
- We will have some Geo related games, stay tuned.
- The team is working on some great surprises.
