This is part of a series of caches in Rhode Island where the container will be covered in some sort of unique duct tape. The original idea for a duct tape series originated in the Berkshires, from which I recieved a number of containers already covered in unique kinds of duct tape. I figured it was time to finally hide them for others to find.
