SPORTY IN BRIGHT #4 : BRIGHT TENNIS (and Pickle Ball) CLUB
Formed 130 years ago in 1892, the club was described as a "grass court" in a private street in the centre of the then township. The club was moved during the winter of 1991 from next to the current U3A school and where the car park is in front of the crochet club to its current location. IT HAS four synthetic grass courts and recently got funding to resurface its Hot Shot courts into PICKLE BALL courts. Paddles and balls are available for hire from the Alpine Shire Visitor Information Centre during business hours.
NOTE : Please use stealth on game days.
