This is a traditional cache with a playful twist: a purple butterfly puzzle chest.
Inside it are small boxes that hold the prizes.
👉 You may take one prize from the small boxes, but please leave the boxes themselves.
👉 A pen is provided in the chest, use it to sign the logbook, and remember to put it back.
👉 Always put the chest back in place and close it securely before you leave.
• Location: Inside Birkibúð, a self-service farm shop open 24/7.
• Parking: See the “Parking” waypoint on the map.
• Permission: Placed with landowner/shop owner’s permission (private property).
• No purchase required and no staff interaction needed.

Birkibúð is a family-run self-service farm shop offering fresh greenhouse produce, vegetables, fruits, and homemade products, all directly from the farm.
Next door is Plöntukot, a small greenhouse and garden shop with a wide selection of plants, herbs, and flowers.
Visitors are welcome to browse, choose what they like, and pay themselves in the honesty-based payment system.
Please note: The money box is for the shop, the geocache is the purple chest, clearly separate.

Þetta er traditional cache með skemmtilegu ívafi: fjólublár fiðrildakistill.
Inni í honum eru litlir kassar sem geyma verðlaunin.
👉 Þú mátt taka eitt verðlaun úr litlu kössunum, en vinsamlegast skildu kassann sjálfan eftir.
👉 Það er penni í kistunni, notaðu hann til að skrifa í gestabókina. Muna að skila pennanum.
👉 Mundu að ganga frá kistunni aftur og loka henni vel.

• Bílastæði: Sjá „Parking“ waypoint á kortinu.
• Leyfi: Cache settur með leyfi landeiganda/rekstraraðila Birkibúðar (einkalóð).
• Engin kaupaskylda og ekki þarf að fá aðstoð starfsfólks.
