This is a circular cache trail in part of the Afan Forest Park, a lovely forest area of the Afan Valley along mostly flat, level former railway paths with a few short deviations off the paths. The trail can be walked or cycled with ease with only a few gradients of any note. Wheelchairs should be able to negotiate the paths but may need help to retrieve the cache. A long pencil may be beneficial to complete the trail. Parking can be found at Rhyslyn near Pontrhydyfen or at the Afan Forest Park centre (charged) where there are refreshments and toilets available. Please no spoiler photos so that everyone enjoys the same surprise and please let us know if there are any problems so that we can perform maintenance promptly. The caches are placed on Natural Resources Wales land and have been placed using the guidelines. Hope you enjoy finding them.
