October 18 is National Chocolate Cupcake Day. Cupcakes date back at least to 1796 when some creative person mentioned "a cake to be baked in small cups" in a recipe (per Google). I think that is something worth celebrating. I hope to have fresh ones available rather than those from that first batch as I don't want anyone losing a tooth while snacking at my event.
We will gather at Anderson Snow Park and talk about cupcakes and geocaching. We will meet at 3 PM and chat for an hour. Bring stories to share, plans in the works, and we can celebrate our accomplishments.
