The Frink Public Park stands as a reminder of the contributions and sacrifices the Frink family gave to their community. Named after Nicholas Frink & family, they seemed to have escaped Connecticut in the 1730s to escape the witch trials there. So maybe...Nah, they wouldn't have been? Would they? Whether they were witches or not--they bought up some of King George's 50 acre land grants in the Little River area and now there is this charming park to commemorate their (spooky) legacy.
