Was Westside Regional park: Open 5am-10pm, Now it's Tillie Fowler
Regional park. Diffuculty can range up 1 or down 1 depending on if
there is people on the board walk area/observation tower.. beware
of the skeeters, you'll need that handy dandy bug spray also might
need boots depending on the rain to get to the cache.
Take board walk down to almost the end to the Observation Tower..
