Bug Hunt - Victory! Traditional Cache
Moun10Bike: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Bug Hunt - Victory! is a meandering walk in the woods in Shoreline. Coverage is spotty and the terrain is steep in places, but the ammo can cache is easily accessible.

Bug Hunt - Victory! was placed to honor the winner of the Bug Hunt travel bug game from Summer 2002. In that game, geocachers earned points by hiding Flick and/or finding him with Hopper.
bebubo, the winner of the game, got to choose a prize from the Groundspeak store (oooh .... ahhhh) -- although he had to wait months for my lame self to get the cache organized -- I'm sure he'll enjoy it. After he claims his prize from the cache, the coordinates will be posted so everyone can visit.
To succeed at this cache, you must think like a bug. Bugs seldom take the direct route. They prefer to meander. They may follow the trail at times. Or, on a whim or a whiff, wander up a hill or a stream bed. Bugs also like to watch people. People at school. Or people at baseball diamonds. But especially people with dogs. And when they are tired, bugs like cozy spots. Like near a mound of dirt. Or under a fallen tree. Or preferably, both!
