This cache is located in the very back of the Kent Allen Forest and along the trails that bisect the Mack Family Orchard. It is right at the edge of the Glen Wood Cemetery and the orchards of Mack Farms. From the Londonderry Common you can follow the trails through the Kent Allen Forest and then intersect with the trail that loops around the north orchard following the stonewall to the end of the cemetery. These are very nice trails to walk with benchs along the trails and great views across the fields.
There are dogs allowed in the Kent Allen Forest but dogs are NOT allowed in the Glen Wood Cemetery.
The Londonderry Town Manager supports the placement of the Glen Wood Cemetery cache contingent on the activities being conducted in a responsible and respectful manner with no harm or disruption to the existing trail system or environment. Please be respectful to all others who use the area.
