It is possible to park along the roadside in Caythorpe, and then take a wander along the public footpath alongside a stream towards Hoveringham Mill, which is approximately 1 mile away. From Hoveringham Mill, take the footpath towards Hoveringham. This footpath is not suitable for cycling, and the trail is suitable as a walk.
