On a cache placement trip a few months ago, we found that flood waters had delivered a huge quantity of mainly plastic rubbish to this location.
Much of the rubbish is in the water so if you have gadgets that might assist in fishing it out, that would be very useful.
There is also detritus all over Lagoon Creek banks as well.
Council will be collecting the bags we fill at 9am from the Tighter Parking coordinates.
They have asked us to have rubbish bags for landfill and separate bags for recyclables.
I would suggest that shorts and footwear that can get wet would be appropriate today. Gloves to protect you from torn cans etc are advisable.
The terrain is very uneven so a great deal of care will be required.
