The ranger and myself will be on site for the 3 hour duration of this CITO event
please feel free to turn up whenever is convenient and just stay as long as you wish - all help is welcome.
For this seasonal CITO session there will be a range of jobs to be done around the Orchard and Hazel Copse, including pruning, tree care, mulching ...
🎄 Because it's the festive season we will have a couple of breaks during the morning around the picnic bench so feel free to bring and share snacks if you wish to do so 🎄
Parking: Car parking is available by the main gates leading in to the Reserve (Parking area / Meet-up point).
Where: Meet by the main gates at 09:30 to collect tools, then we will make our way to The Orchard. For anyone arriving after that time, come and find us in or around the Orchard and Hazel Copse, (near the event coords).
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools, please bring your own work gloves if possible.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by Council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
