Roadside Station Utsunoyatoge is a nationally rare roadside station with three facilities—including parking lots and a local products hall—spanning both the Shizuoka City side and the Fujieda City side of the mountain pass.
The local products hall sells fresh natural bounty like locally produced tea and mikan oranges, and bamboo shoots in spring, aiming to foster cooperation and exchange between regions.
The cache is hidden somewhere on the Fujieda side of the uphill road.
