This is the second geocache in the village of Matiašovce.The cache is hidden under the pier that belongs to the newly built scenic lookout above the village. It’s a unique and quiet place where you can relax, have a picnic, or even stay overnight. The viewpoint offers a beautiful panorama and is located right on the edge of the forest.Matiašovce will celebrate its 700th anniversary in 2026, making it one of the historically significant villages of the Zamagurie region. In the village, you’ll find a pizzeria and two small shops. Nearby lies Spišská Stará Ves — a small town that serves as a local center.
