DOWNTOWN Redding! DOWNTOWN has gone through many changes over the years.Redding was originally called Poverty Flats during the gold rush era. At one time before Enterprise was delevoped it was the main shopping location with stores like Woolworth and JC Pennys. The yearly Christmas tree was in the middle of the road on Market St. In 1968 the Midtown Mall was built on Market St. They then tore that down and DOWNTOWN struggled to bring merchants and people to the area. 1990 brought redevelopment efforts with residential, office and retail space. It now has nice shops and great places to eat.
The cache is hidden at a space that has a stage and is a park setting.
The area could have lots of muggles, so just sit down, watch for those muggles and find the hide. Please rehide it well.
