The property owner (Jim) has given permission for the cache container and location of the hide.
This is a quick park and grab. No need for stealth. There may and will be many muggles in the area from time to time, but this is ok. It will present you the opportunity to share with others the hobby of "Geocaching".
Cache will be easy to see and very child friendly. Lots of swag to be exchanged.
There is really no need to sit in your car and wait for a muggle to leave, just go ahead and retrieve cache, sign the log book and if you have little ones let them grab a toy or two. I travel this highway every couple months and will re-stock as needed. Trades are also welcomed, but do not deny a little one from grabbing something if they take a fancy to something.
