Welcome to my first multi. Just a quick 2 stage walk in the park.

The posted coordinates will bring you to the Lancaster Park sign, Take the words on the bottom of the sign and convert the letters into numbers, then add all the numbers together. Take this number and divide by 1000. 

Then add this result to these fake coordinates:
