Geocache Description:

In the summer of 25/26 a set of sand sculpture were placed along the banks of the Murray river Echuca, in the theme of Alice in Wonderland. The name of the temporary art installation was called 'Wonderland on the Murray'. Visitors would follow the path along the river and discover a different sculpture around each corner... Tumbling down the rabbit hole style in a nod to the Alice in Wonderland story. I can not help but see the similarities in our Geocaching adventures as we often find ourselves tumbling down unknown paths chasing the 'white rabbit'. We have placed this cache here because of its close proximity to the towns croquet club which you may be able to spy at GZ. Many of you may remember in the Alice in wonderland story that croquet was the game the Queen of Hearts played with a flamingo. As you walk to the cache keep your eyes open and you may even spot a rabbit dashing off! Also mind in summer there may be long grass and snakes can be about.

This track between the train platform and the croquet club is a well used track by locals so please take care going to GZ as not to draw attention.

Cache is a small clip top container including pen and Alice swag while it lasts.   As a momento of the occasion you are welcome to take 1 piece of Alice inspired swag or even better make a trade if you can, which is the usual custom.
