Every cache tells a story, and this one is no different. It’s named after a geocacher who inspired me to see how creativity can turn a simple hide into something special. The name itself is a blend of a word from my native language and my favorite uncle’s surname, a small but meaningful way to honor both my heritage and the spirit of the CO who inspired me to think outside the box.
Just remember: in HK, ‘outside the box’ usually means ‘between two skyscrapers’—so keep an eye out for curious security guards!
The Challenge:
This "gadget cache" is all about discovery and a touch of ingenuity. You’ll need to use what’s around you, and maybe a little something you bring along, to uncover the hidden container. It’s designed to be a fun, hands-on experience that rewards creativity and observation.
What to Bring:
Two pencils (or similar straight objects) are highly recommended, in case other cachers have missplaced some components. Trust me, they’ll come in handy!
Why It’s Special:
Hong Kong Vista Lia is more than just a find, it’s a celebration of the stories and people that make geocaching so unique. Enjoy the adventure, and don’t forget to soak in the view while you’re at it!
Happy Geocaching!!!
