This recently constructed parking garage needed a cache to break it in, so here it is. It's a bit of a trek up there and you'll feel like your life is going around in circles with no end in sight, but the heavens will open up and reveal a great view. If you wanna make it more of an adventure, try to find it when the sun sets to get a great view. The garage is open to the public and is free. Enjoy.
