This caching series is based on the traditional festive song. The 12 Days of Christmas start on December 25th and finish on 5th January. Therefore, this series will see a new cache published on each day! There will be a variety of cache types, sizes and fun containers.
The caches will be hidden in or close to Sheffield, in a range of locations. We took inspiration from Paperballpark's 12 days of Christmas series in and around Buxton area.
On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me:
Twelve drummers drumming,
Eleven pipers piping,
Ten lords a-leaping,
Nine ladies dancing,
Eight maids a-milking,
Seven swans a-swimming,
Six geese a-laying,
Five gold rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree!
For this cache you will need just over a litre of water to find and sign the logsheet, which fits the name nicely. At GZ there is a source of water you can use to fill your one litre container.
